Returned soldiers found out they could apply for land under Soldier Settlement schemes in material handed out upon their discharge from service. Some will have received this booklet after World War Two, which gave information about 'the arrangements made to assist you in returning to civil life'. The booklet provides information about eligibility for Land Settlement, and how to apply.
