Description :

Label for Coopers sparkling ale featuring a description of the process by which the beer has been brewed.

Sparkling ale was one of the first products produced by Coopers after its establishment in 1862. Legend has it that the brewery's founder, Thomas Cooper, began brewing beers after his ill wife asked him to make a restorative ale for her.

Coopers re-located to a new brewery in 2002, but still make sparkling ale using the top fermentation method and natural ingredients with no chemicals or preservatives.
