Description :

Extracts from a recipe book published by Kelvinator to provide ideas and advice on how to best use food fresh from the refrigerator.

It includes recipes such as 'jellied fruit salad in pawpaw with strawberry ice cream' and 'frozen salmon delight' which would have been impossible to prepare in a domestic kitchen without a refrigerator. The publication also seeks to show how the appliance can be used in traditional areas of domestic cookery such as baking.
