A Holden motor car assembly line, probably the Birkenhead plant.


Holden's first car body assembly line in Adelaide was at its Woodville plant. When assembly line was commissioned in 1924, it was the most modern in Australia and Woodville was the sole supplier of car bodies for GM in Australia.
