Description :

View of the 'Chorus of stones' memorial, located at Anzac Plaza, Glenelg. The memorial was opened on Sunday 4 March 2001 and commemorates 'all of the military conflicts that have involved Australian troops and support services theoughout our nation's history'. It was designed by artist Anton Hart.

Further views include: a close-up of the 'loss' and 'silence' stones which form part of the memorial, the plaque at the 'Chorus of stones' memorial giving details of times for playing the recordings and a view of the central feature of the memorial. The speakers used to broadcast the messages from returned services personnel can be seen surrounding the feature.
