Description :
Remember when milk came in bottles and was delivered right to your door?

In this film, made for the Metropolitan Milk Board in 1980, Kate and Nick learn the process of how milk travels from the farm, to the bottle, to the front door.

In this segment we see the children follow up a visit to the bottling factory by delivering bottles to the householder with the local 'milky' in the early morning.

The film was produced in cooperation with the South Australian Dairying Industry and Channel 7, Adelaide.
