Entry by C. P. Mountford describing his first uninterrupted view of Ayers Rock (Uluru). It was recorded in the private diary he kept while acting as Secretary to the Commonwealth Board of Enquiry into the alleged ill-treatment of Aboriginal people near Ayers Rock (Uluru), in 1935.
