Minutes of the Trades and Labor Council's first meeting held at the Bristol Tavern in Franklin Street on 31 January 1884. This was the inaugural meeting of delegates from various trade and labor societies for the purpose of discussing the advisability of forming the United Trades and Labor Council. |
