Front page of the Sunday Mail 30 May 1970, recording the Labor Party victory in the South Australian state election. The Labor Party led by Don Dunstan, defeated the sitting Liberal and Country League government led by Steele Hall. This marked the beginning of a decade of social reform that would become known as the 'Dunstan Decade'.
