Report of the policy speech given by Don Dunstan to an audience of 1400 people in the Adelaide Town Hall at the start of the 1970 state election campaign. Under Labor he outlined a platform for improvements to public transport, attention to the environment, increased water resources, major arts funding, better health care facilities and improved conditions for public servants. |
