An Adelaide band active from 1984 through to 1992. Described by David Sly in 1990 as 'raw garage rock'. The original line up consisted of David Stokes, Stuart Oliver and Chris Carr. In 1989 they released their first and only album with Greasy Pop titled Gone and on Oasis 2 : the 1988 Greasy Pop compilation of Adelaide bands their song Two legs was included. 1989 also saw the Californian label, Sympathy for the Record Industry, release the EP, Two Legs, featuring Two Legs, and Gone on the A side, and Red, White and Blue boys on the B side In 1990 Sympathy for the Record Industry, released the single Burning (the other track on the a side Intelligence; on the b side: Start again and White light, white heat). |
