A sketch of a Port Lincoln Ringneck Parrot shot at Pernatty Creek, north west of Port Augusta. Includes hand written notes describing the features of the bird: black head, yellow collar, green throat and chest, bright yellow below shading to green at tail, bright blue feathers over lower mandible.

Also known as a Yellow-banded Parrot it is found in western South Australia, southern Northern Territory and most of Western Australia, except the far north.
