Description : |
Fewer songs were published during World War Two. Paper was scarce, songwriters were less prevalent than during the previous war and the popularity of the radio and overseas sound recordings also contributed to the demise of sheet music publishing. This songs looks to the time after the war 'When the toilers of all nations shall unite as brothers'. |
