Processional banner of the Amalgamated Engineering Union (AEU), used by metal trades unions in marches and parades. The one-sided banner contains the mottos, 'Secure employment and wage justice with greater leisure in a peaceful world' and 'educate organise control'. Dating from the 1970s, this banner would have been carried in Labor Day marches and similar events. |
