Description :

This 'festival' was a week-long event which showcased the work of students studying at the Helpmann Academy schools. Performances included musical recitals and dance works and visual arts, sculpture and jewellery featured in exhibitions.


The Helpmann Academy was established in 1994 as a partnership between the tertiary institutions in South Australia that offer courses of study towards careers in the arts. Schools drawn toegther by the Helpmann Academy partnership are:
