Description :

Two employees of the Savings Bank of South Australia, B.G. Francis and D. M. Shepley, being farewelled by Mr. Cilento, a manager at the Bank.

They had both recently enlisted in the 2nd AIF and the photograph shows them being presented with stationery to be used for writing letters home, ca. 1940.
