Description : |
Typewritten letter dated 7 July 1941 addressed to The Editor, 'The Age', Melbourne. The writer strongly advocates that Australia introduce conscription rather than have voluntary enlistment in order to support Britain in the war. The letter is not signed but is presumably written by a member of the South Australian Legislative Council, probably Sir Collier Cudmore. |
