View of the Beehive Corner building on the north-east corner of King William Street and Rundle Mall. The Beehive Corner building, the second building to be known as the Beehive Corner on this site, was constructed in the Gothic Revival style in 1895-96. It was considerably simplified over time - with the removal of many of the turrets along the roofline, for example - but was restored in 1998 with many of the decorative embellishments of the 1890s design replaced. |
