Description : |
View of the City Baths which once stood on the western side of King William Road. The original City Baths were built on this site in 1861. They were replaced by the building seen in this view in 1883. After the Adelaide Swimming Centre (now the Aquatic Centre) was built in the northern Parklands, the Baths were demolished for the construction of the Adelaide Festival Centre in 1969. |
