Front cover, page 6 and inside back cover of a song book produced to celebrate the 1973 Reunion of the 1948 American-Australian Scientific Expedition to Arnhem Land. Page 6 shows the words to a humorous song titled 'Experdition Dont's' created by Peter Bassett-Smith, cine-photographer on the Expedition. The songs were orginally sung around the campfire during the Expedition. The inside back cover contains original autographs of the people who attended the Reunion Dinner. The Library received copyright clearance from Peter Bassett-Smith to display an image of the song lyrics for "Ex-perdition Don'ts". |
