Southwark Brewery Christmas decorations, Thebarton. The Riverbank Gardens alongside the Southwark Brewery (now West End Brewery) were first adorned with Christmas decorations in 1959. This photograph shows Father Christmas' sleigh in a display of the early 1960s. |
