The 12th State History Conference was held at Renmark Hotel in in May 2003. The conference dinner included dishes which reflected the Riverland location such as 'Thai spiced Murray Callop Fillet' and 'Paddle wheel chicken breast'. Officially opened on 8 March 1897, Renmark Hotel was the first community hotel in the British Empire. |
