Punt midstream at Mildura, transporting a four horse-drawn carriage and driver, the punt operator freeing a line at the rear, and several women in a small rowboat on right A punt was privately operated by the Dring brothers from about 1915 enabling transport of stock and goods across the river. It was replaced by a bridge in 1927. |
