Description : |
A young boy playing in the garden with a small wheelbarrow made from a 'Fry's Homeopathic Cocoa' box. With his homemade barrow, probably constructed by his father or some other relative, he could help his parents in the garden or play as he wished. The box has been moulded and planed along its top edges and attached to a square frame, with a wheel at the front and two legs to enable the barrow to be stable when stationary. The handles are sized to the child's hand and his height. |
