Description : |
Panoramic view of Middleton Ponds Station, owned by Bob Buck. The Aboriginal men accused of killing their tribesman, Kai-Umen, were originally taken to Middleton Ponds Station by Constable McKinnon, after they were apprehended in October 1934. It was from here they later escaped and were pursued to Uluru, where one of the men, Yokununna, was shot by McKinnon and later died. |
