Label for Schutzenfest beer brewed by Coopers for the annual Schutzenfest festival held each January by the South Australian German Association.


The Schutzenfest (meaning 'shooting festival') program includes competition shooting, a beer stein lifting contest (in which competitors have to hold a full beer stein for as long as possible), oompah bands and other music and folk dancing. German style food and drinks, such as beers and ciders, traditional cakes and meats are available from a variety of stalls.
