Description : |
Buring and Sobels Vineyards at Watervale. Watervale is located in South Australia's Clare Valley, approximately 140 kilometres north of Adelaide. The first vines in the area were planted in 1851 by the Jesuit priests of Sevenhill Cellars. The Clare Valley is most well-known for its riesling, but cabernet sauvignon and shiraz are also widely grown. |
