Premises of Balfour's bakery and factory at 191-199 Morphett Street, west side, on the corner of Franklin Street, north side, and the corner of Weymouth Court, south side. This factory site was used by Balfours for about 100 years, until manufacturing was moved to a suburban site in 2003. Other factories are located at Milperra in Sydney and Geelong, Victoria. |
