Premises of Balfour Wauchope Limited at 49 Rundle Street, Adelaide. The Balfour Building was the registered office of the company and also contained the Windsor Cafe. In the early 20th century Balfours had three cafes in the city - the Windsor, the original Balfour's Cafe at 72 Rundle Street and Balfour's Grand Cafe at 58 King William Street. |
