Gay media report of the release by the South Australian Attorney General Chris Sumner, of a report into the drowning death of Adelaide University law lecturer Dr George Duncan in May 1972. Dr Duncan's death increased public awareness of violence and discrimination against gay men and lesbians in South Australia, leading to the legalisation of sexual relations between gay men. |
